en milieu rural, en toute sécurité et convivialité.

Dans un territoire rural, la mobilité est essentielle pour accéder aux services, soins et loisirs. La Fédération met en place des solutions de mobilité solidaire pour aider les personnes isolées à se déplacer en toute sécurité et à maintenir leur lien social. 

Qu’est-ce que la Mobilité Solidaire ? 

  • Un projet d’accompagnement à la mobilité en milieu rural par et pour les habitants.
  • Des équipes de conducteurs bénévoles emmènent des bénéficiaires à leur rendez-vous.

Une permanence téléphonique est à votre écoute du lundi au vendredi de 9h à 12h !

A qui s’adresse le dispositif ? 

A toute personne qui a une difficulté de mobilité à cause de sa situation médicale, professionnelle, familiale, sociale, etc. 

  • Pour se rendre à un rendez-vous médical, administratif, une formation, un entretien,
  • Pour prendre un train,
  • Pour rendre visite à un proche, un club de loisirs, etc.

Dans l’Aube, Familles Rurales met en place le dispositif au sein de trois Communauté de Communes : du Nogentais, des Portes de Romilly sur Seine et Seine et Aube !
